中西医结合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及对炎症相关因子和血液流变学的影响

摘要目的探讨中西医结合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及对炎症相关因子和血液流变学的影响。方法将2016年1月～2017年1月于乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院治疗的62例慢性盆腔炎患者采用随机数表法分为对照组（抗生素静滴治疗）和试验组（抗生素联合中药汤剂治疗），每组各31例。比较两组患者的中医证候疗效，观察两组患者治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白介素2（IL-2）水平及血液流变学变化。结果治疗后，试验组中医证候疗效显著优于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容及红细胞沉降率水平均较治疗前明显降低（P ＜ 0.05），且试验组显著低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；两组TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-2水平均较治疗前明显改善（P ＜ 0.05），且试验组的改善幅度显著优于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。结论中药汤剂联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎临床效果显著，其可有效缓解患者的炎性反应，改善血液流变学指标，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its impact on related inflammatory factors and hemorheology. Methods Sixty-two patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group (antibiotic intravenous drip) and experimental group (antibiotic combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction) by random number table, with 31 cases in each group. The TCM syndrome effect of the two groups was compared, and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and the hemorheology changes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the levels of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, haematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P ＜ 0.05), and the experimental group was significantly lower than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05); the levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL-2 of two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P ＜ 0.05), and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with antibiotic in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is significant, which can effectively alleviate the inflammatory reactions and improve the indexes of hemorheology, and it has high clinical application value.
