杠杆定位与正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果比较

摘要目的比较杠杆定位手法与正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2015年3月～2017年11月瑞安市中医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者302例，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组（152例）和对照组（150例）。治疗组采用杠杆定位手法联合牵引，对照组采用传统正脊手法配合牵引。两组的治疗时间与次数均相同，治疗结束后比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后，两组视觉模拟评分（VAS）较治疗前下降，日本骨科协会评估治疗分数（JOA）均较治疗前升高，差异有高度统计学意义（P < 0.01）；治疗后治疗组的VAS评分低于对照组，JOA评分高于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（P < 0.01）。治疗组临床效果优于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（P < 0.01）。结论杠杆定位手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To compare the curative effect of lever positioning and chiropractic manipulation in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods From March 2015 to November 2017, 302 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted to Rui′an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into treatment group (152 cases) and control group (150 cases), the treatment group was given lever positioning combined with traction, the control group was given traditional chiropractic manipulation traction. The time and number of treatment in two groups were the same, the curative effects between the two groups were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) in two groups were lower than those before treatment, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores (JOA) were higher than those before treatment, the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01); after treatment, the VAS score in treatment group was lower than that of control group, the JOA score was higher than that of control group, the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group, the difference was highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The curative effect of lever positioning for treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is definite, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
