快速康复外科理念在疝囊高位结扎术患儿围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨快速康复外科理念在疝囊高位结扎术患儿围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月在江苏省南通市妇幼保健院接受疝囊高位结扎术治疗的80例腹股沟疝患儿为研究对象，经随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组实施常规围手术期护理，观察组在常规围手术期护理基础上实施基于快速康复外科理念的围手术期护理。观察护理后两组患儿围手术期相关指标、术后24 h疼痛程度、术后并发症总发生率及家属护理满意度情况。结果干预后，观察组术后平均进食时间、下床活动时间、出现肠鸣音时间及排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组术后24 h疼痛程度轻于对照组、术后并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组病情观察、健康教育、病房管理、护理措施、并发症预防满意度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论疝囊高位结扎术治疗患儿围手术期行基于快速康复外科理念护理，可有效减轻患儿术后疼痛程度，加快术后康复速度，提高家属护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative nursing of children with high ligation of hernia sac. Methods Eighty children with inguinal hernia who received high ligation of hernia sac in Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, while the observation group received routine perioperative nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. Perioperative indicators, postoperative pain, postoperative complication rate, and nursing satisfaction of family members of two groups were observed. Results After intervention, postoperative average time to eat, time to get out of bed, bowel sound, exhaust time, and hospital stay in terms of the observation group were shorter than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the 24 h postoperative pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group, and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the satisfaction scores of disease observation, health education, ward management, nursing measuress, and complication prevention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in the treatment of high ligation of the hernia sac can effectively reduce the postoperative pain degree of children, speed up postoperative recovery, and improve the nursing satisfaction of their families.
