Abstract：This paper analyzes the environment of internet and the advantage of media technology based on the requirement of management and service of the Party construction under the new backdrop. It is believed that the internet environment brings vitality to the work of Party construction in the hospital and they should speed up the pace in recent years. With the application and the development of “Internet+” in the work of hospital Party construction, it is of strategic significance to construct the internet Party building work in this situation. It surely facilitates the construction of hospital Party construction management and service platform, the integration of educational resources, the expansion of publicity channels. Besides, it can take advantage of fragment time to reinforce learning effect, which provides an efficient tool to improve the education quality and management level for Party members.
