李萍教授运用滋生青阳汤治疗皮肤瘙痒性疾病经验撷菁

摘要李萍教授认为皮肤瘙痒性疾病的病因多以内风为主，临证治疗可用滋生青阳汤滋阴潜阳、养血熄风。本文对滋生青阳汤的组方分析、瘙痒性皮肤病病因病机及治则总结、滋生青阳汤治疗瘙痒性皮肤疾患的临床应用等几方面介绍李萍教授运用滋生青阳汤的学术观点及临证经验，并附2个病例予以分析、讨论，以飨同道。

Abstract：Professor Li Ping believes that the cause of pruritus is mainly due to internal wind. The clinical treatment of these diseases is to nourish yin and yang, as well as nourish blood and eliminate wind. The article introduces Professor Li Ping's academic viewpoint and clinical experience of using Zisheng Qingyang Decoction from the aspects of the prescription analysis of the decoction, the pathogenesis and treatment of pruritic dermatosis, and the clinical application of this decoction in the treatment of pruritic skin diseases. Meanwhile, two cases are analyzed for the same purpose.
