Analysis and reflection on the status of scientific research project of a grade A tertiary hospital in Beijing in recent ten years

Abstract：Objective Through the analysis of the project approval situation of a grade A tertiary hospital in Beijing from January 2009 to December 2018, the development trend and deficiencies of the hospital's scientific research work were understood dynamically, and the future scientific research management direction of the hospital was analyzed and discussed in combination with the latest policies. Methods According to the research project approval status of a grade A tertiary hospital in Beijing, the project number, project amount and other indicators from January 2009 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Results From January 2009 to December 2018, the scientific research of a grade A tertiary hospital in Beijing developed rapidly, and the number and amount of scientific research projects maintained a good growth trend, but the number and amount of provincial and ministerial-level projects still decreased. Conclusion Combined with the latest national policy analysis, the scientific research work of the hospital should pay attention to grasp the policy direction and establish the resource sharing mechanism. In addition, based on the good promotion effect of the topics in the hospital, the hospital should continue to increase the investment in the research projects at the hospital level.
