司徒仪“治病求本”治疗子宫内膜异位症常用药对举隅

摘要子宫内膜异位症是育龄期妇女的常见病、疑难病，严重影响患者的生活质量。司徒仪教授从事子宫内膜异位症诊治疗工作近50载，在“治病求本”治疗原则的基础上，认为子宫内膜异位症的主要病机为肾虚血瘀，以补肾调冲、活血化瘀为基本治法，并巧妙运用药对，随月经周期分期论治、随证加减诊治子宫内膜异位症，临床上取得良好的疗效。

Abstract：Endometriosis is a common and difficult disease in women of childbearing age, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Professor Situyi engaged in diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis for nearly 50 years, in the "cure", on the basis of therapeutic principles, think that the main pathogenesis of endometriosis, kidney and blood stasis, to tonify the kidney and regulate blood circulation to remove blood stasis as the basic treatment, And clever use of drugs, according to the menstrual cycle stages of treatment, along with the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis, clinical good effect.
