“一带一路”建设背景下的针灸推拿学国际化人才培养的对策研究

摘要 “一带一路”建设背景下，针灸推拿迎来了前所未有的发展机遇，其治疗保健的功效显著，适合国际化的发展需求。但目前高等中医药院校国际化培养较薄弱，人才缺口较大，专业设置单一，难以适应中医药国际化发展的现实需求。因此，高等中医药院校需要结合“一带一路”沿线国家的特点，完善现有课程体系建设，增强专业特色疗法的技能培训，加强中医文化的推广普及，促进国际文化互通，努力搭建有效的交流平台，建立针灸推拿学国际化人才培养的路径，为针灸推拿国际化发展提供人才支持。

Abstract：Under the background of “One Belt And One Road” construction, acupuncture and massage has ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development, and its therapeutic and health care effect is significant, suitable for international development needs. However, at present, the internationalization training of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities is relatively weak, the talent gap is large, and the specialty setting is single, which makes it difficult to meet the practical needs of the international development of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities need to combine the characteristics of countries along the “One Belt And One Road” route, perfect the construction of the existing curriculum system, strengthen the professional characteristic therapy skills training, strengthen the promotion and popularization of traditional Chinese medicine culture, promote the international culture exchange, set up effective communication platform, establish the way of training international talents of acupuncture and massage, provide talent support for the international development of acupuncture and massage.
