Abstract：The innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the theme of the present era, and the development of “internet +” technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the field of traditional Chinese medicine. This article summarizes the relevant literature of the application of “internet +” technology in the field of TCM, summarizes its application, and analyzes the “internet +” technology in the field of TCM from the aspects of cultural heritage of TCM, TCM medical system, and TCM health management advantages and prospects. In terms of TCM culture inheritance, “internet +” technology helps to promote the effective spread of TCM culture and promote the TCM culture to the world. In terms of TCM medical system, “internet +” technology helps to optimize the TCM medical system and improve the convenience of clinical diagnosis and treatment. In terms of TCM health management, the “internet +” technology helps to raise awareness of national health and the level of disease prevention and control. Therefore, the field of TCM should focus on the deep integration with “internet +” technology, with a view to further promoting the innovative development of TCM.
