Abstract：With the deepening and promotion of the medical and health system reform, community drug use plays an important role in promoting human health and building healthy China. How to effectively reduce the risk of community drug use behavior, promote safety and rational use of drugs, need further in-depth exploration and analysis. In this paper, by referring a large number of reference materials, combined with the actual work, the current status of drug use in urban community residents were retrospectively analyzed. It is beneficial to explore and optimize the community drug use service model and establish a safe medication service mechanism, which will further reduce the risk of community residents′drug use and enhance the level of medical treatment at the grassroots level.
