Abstract：Public hospitals undertake the tasks of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research management, practice base construction and other personnel training tasks as well as scientific research. To strengthen the practice and exploration of party building in public hospitals in the new era is of great significance to improve the management system of hospitals and promote the medical treatment and medical personnel training in hospitals. In recent years, the Party Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College attaches great importance to party construction. Through the implementation of the “Party construction +” leading project, the common development of party construction and business work of the hospital has been realized in the aspects of ideology, system, technology, service, league construction, poverty alleviation and scientific research. Taking the second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College as an example, this paper introduces the experience of party construction in this hospital and explores the development path of party construction in public hospitals in the new era.
