Abstract：This paper expounds receiving access system, pre-service training, various forms of teaching way and so on, combined with the special experience of clinical education for refresher physicians majoring in cerebrovascular disease (CVD) in the neurology department of Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, in order to explore the methods and effects of clinical teaching in neurology department. It focuses on the application of the teaching model based on the combination of the cases in the three-level teaching rounds. At the same time, it emphasizes the combination of professional training lectures, difficult case discussion, self-learning ability training and continuing education learning class. Through the clinical teaching of the above comprehensive method, the refresher physicians majoring in CVD had made great progress in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease system, and the clinical teaching effect is relatively ideal.
