中药足浴与磁珠压耳联合治疗正虚邪恋型肺部感染后咳嗽的临床效果

摘要目的探讨中药足浴与磁珠压耳联合治疗正虚邪恋型肺部感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取江苏省南通市中医院2018年10 月至2021年5月的接诊的正虚邪恋型肺部感染后咳嗽患者105例，根据随机数字表法将患者分为中药足浴组、磁珠压耳组、联合组（中药足浴联合磁珠压耳），每组35例。治疗2周后，对比三组疗效、症状缓解时间、中医证候积分、细胞因子及不良反应。结果治疗后，联合组整体疗效优于中药足浴组、磁珠压耳组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。三组咳嗽、咳痰、咽痒评分均较治疗前下降，且联合组低于磁珠压耳组、中药足浴组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。联合组咳嗽、咳痰、咽痒好转时间短于磁珠压耳组、中药足浴组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。三组血清C反应蛋白、白细胞计数均较治疗前降低，且联合组低于磁珠压耳组、中药足浴组；痰液分泌型免疫球蛋白A水平较治疗前升高，且联合组高于磁珠压耳组、中药足浴组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。三组均未见明显的不良反应发生。结论中药足浴与磁珠压耳联合治疗正虚邪恋型肺部感染后咳嗽可加快临床症状缓解及改善，降低血清炎症因子，效果显著。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with magnetic bead pressing on ear in the treatment of cough after lung infection of lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi type. Methods A total of 105 patients with cough after lung infection of lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi type admitted to Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from October 2018 to May 2021 were selected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group, magnetic bead pressing on ear group and combination group (traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with magnetic bead pressing on ear), with 35 cases in each group. After two weeks of treatment, the efficacy, symptom relief time, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, cytokines and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. Results After treatment, the overall efficacy of the combined group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group and the magnetic bead pressing on ear group, and the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05). The scores of cough, expectoration, and pharyngeal itching in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the scores in the combined group were lower than those in the magnetic bead pressing on ear group and the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The relief time of cough, expectoration and pharyngeal itching in the combined group were shorter than those in the magnetic bead pressing on ear group and the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The serum C-reactive protein and white blood cell counts of the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the combined group were lower than those in the magnetic bead pressing on ear group and the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group, the level of secretory immunoglobulin A in sputum was higher than that before treatment, and the level of combined group was higher than that of magnetic bead pressing on ear group and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and magnetic bead pressing on ear in the treatment of cough after lung infection of lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi type can accelerate the relief and improvement of clinical symptoms, reduce serum inflammatory factors, and has significant effect.
