Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of incentive psychological nursing combined with health education in patients undergoing intrauterine device placement. Methods A total of 78 patients with intrapalace intrauterine device placement admitted to Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from May 2019 to February 2022 were selected, they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing combined with health education, and the study group received incentive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. Adverse mood, coping style, quality of life, self-care ability, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the scores of depressive symptom group scale and generalized anxiety scale were lower in the two groups than those before intervention, and those of the study group were lower than the control group (P＜0.05); the face score of the two groups was higher than those before intervention, and the study group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The avoidance score and yield score of the two groups were lower than before intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05); after intervention, the health survey scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the study group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The self-care ability scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the study group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05); the nursing satisfaction of study group was better than that of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The incentive psychological nursing combined with health education can improve the bad mood of patients undergoing intrauterine device placement, improve the quality of life, nursing satisfaction and self-care ability of patients, and deal with the operation in a positive way.
