Abstract:As an important messenger RNA, SPRY2 is involved in the pathological process of many diseases, plays a key role in maintaining cell homeostasis, and is even considered as a potential therapeutic target for studying cancer pathogenesis. Although SPRY2 has been extensively and deeply studied in many diseases, there is no systematic report on its role in cell phenotype. The research status and dynamic analysis of SPRY2 showed that it is specific in cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, autophagy, epithelial mesenchymal transformation, and angiogenesis. Especially on cell proliferation, it provides ideas for SPRY2 follow-up research.
