阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对急性缺血性脑血管病患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响

摘要目的探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对急性缺血性脑血管病患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取聊城市第二人民医院2015年8月～2016年8月收治的急性缺血性脑血管病患者110例，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各55例，对照组给予氯吡格雷治疗，观察组给予氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗，两组均连续治疗12周，对比两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、改良Rankin评分及生活质量评价。结果两组治疗后与治疗前相比，NHISS评分降低，Barthel指数升高，改良Rankin评分降低，观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比上述指标改善更加显著，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。两组治疗后与治疗前相比躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、认知功能以及社会功能评分均升高，观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比上述指标改善更加显著，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性缺血性脑血管病患者能够促进改善神经功能及日常生活能力，缓解生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To discuss the influence about nerve function and the ability of daily life of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel treated in the patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016, in Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City, 110 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected, they were divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table, with 55 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given Clopidogrel therapy, patients in observation group were given Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin treatment. NIHSS score, Barthel index, modified Rankin scale, and evaluation of the quality of life of two groups were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the NHISS score reduced, the Barthel index increased, modified Rankin scale reduced in the two groups after treatment, and the improvement of the observation group were more significant than the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function score of the two groups after treatment increased, the improvement of the observation group were more significant than that indexes of the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy of Aspirin with Clopidogrel treated for the acute ischemia cerebral vessels disease can improve nerve function and daily life ability, reduce the quality of life.
