Abstract：Being an important part of the health industry, the development of traditional Chinese medicine health industry needs the support of personnels. This paper explores the demand for personnels and the current situation of personnel training in Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine health industry, and suggests that relevant colleges and institutions should raise their levels of personnel training, optimize their professional structure, change their models of personnel training, explore the education models of school-enterprise cooperation and develop continuing education to improve the quality of personnel training, so as to meet the needs of the development of the industry.
