Abstract：In order to promote the professional skills of students of Chinese medicine university, improve the quality of hospital services, realize mutual assistance and mutual benefit between universities and hospitals, the linkage service between medical social workers and student volunteers in university of Chinese medicine has far-reaching significance. It has profound spiritual connotations in promoting noble quality and inheriting the culture of Chinese medicine, especially in the new era of mutual cooperation in various fields and complementing each other, the model conforms to the form of resource utilization, the trend of social development, the country’s requirements for quality training, and the people’s needs for a better life. Although there are still many problems, the service model will be better implemented, developed and carried forward through the efforts of colleges, hospitals, society and even the country. Therefore, this subject is based on the actual status quo, and explores the service model from the aspects of specific service measures, advantages and disadvantages, solutions, significance and value.
