PDCA循环结合全程健康教育对老年高血压患者自护能力及疾病认知水平的影响

摘要目的探讨PDCA循环结合全程健康教育对老年高血压患者自护能力及疾病认知水平的影响。方法选择2015年5月～2016年6月青岛市市立医院收诊的年龄≥65岁的高血压患者104例，按照随机数字表法分为结合组和常规组，每组各53例。常规组给予常规健康教育，结合组给予PDCA循环结合全程健康教育。两组均干预10个月。比较干预前后两组血压、自护能力和疾病认知水平。结果干预前两组血压水平、自护能力评分和疾病认知水平评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。干预后两组收缩压与舒张压均低于干预前，结合组血压降低更加显著，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。干预后两组自护能力评分和疾病认知水平评分均高于干预前，结合组上述评分升高更加显著，差异均有统计学意义（均P ＜ 0.05）。结论 PDCA循环结合全程健康教育能够有效提高老年高血压患者的自护能力和疾病认知水平，对血压水平的控制具有重要的临床意义，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objecitve To explore the effect of PDCA cycle combined with whole-course health education on self-care ability and disease cognition level of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods From May 2015 to June 2016, 104 hypertensive patients over 65 years in Qingdao Municipal Hospital were selected and divided into the combination group and the conventional group by random number table, with 52 cases in each group. The conventional group received conventional health education and the combination group received PDCA cycle combined with whole-course health education. The two groups were both intervined for 10 months. The blood pressure level, self-care ability and disease cognition level in the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the blood pressure level, self-care ability and disease cognition level before intervention between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). After intervention, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in two groups were all lower than those of before intervention, and the indicators above in the combination group decreased much more remarkably, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). The scores of self-care ability and disease cognition level in the two groups were all higher than those of before intervention, and the scores above in the combination group increased much more remarkably, with statistically significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The PDCA cycle combined with whole-course health education can effectively improve the self-care ability and disease cognition level of elderly patients with hypertension. It is of great significance to control the level of blood pressure. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
