基于PEST模型的我国机构养老康复辅助器具发展现状及对策研究

摘要本文介绍了机构养老康复辅助器具的需求现状，利用PEST模型从政治、经济、社会和技术四个角度对其发展现状进行阐述，并建议我国应进一步加强康复辅助器具与养老产业的结合，促进养老机构的差别化经营，完善长期护理保险制度，以老年人需求为出发点建立“医养康研用”型中高端养老机构，完善护理人员培训体系，加强互联网+、机构养老与康复辅助器具的结合和应用，以期为我国机构养老康复辅助器具的进一步发展提供参考或借鉴。

Abstract：This article aimed at describing the current situation of the needs of assistive products for person with disability in institutional care of the elderly, and explaining current situation of the development of it from political, economic, social and technological aspects. Our country should further strengthen the combination of assistive products for person with disability and aging industry. Differentiated management of pension institutions should be promoted and the long-term care insurance system should be improved. Meanwhile, the“medicine-care-rehabilitation-research-application” institutions for mid/high-spending groups should be established on the basis of the need of older citizens. The nursing staff training system should be improved, and the combination of internet +, pension institutions and assistive products for person with disability should be strengthen. This article is expected to provide reference for the further development of assistive products for person with disability in institutional care of the elderly.
