Abstract：Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common and complex endocrine disease in women, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients. Phlegm and stasis is an important factor leading to the long course and refractory of polycystic ovary syndrome, phlegm and stasis polycystic ovary syndrome is a common clinical syndrome type at present. Author combines with Professor Wu Zhaoli’s practice and perception of clinical evidence, from the perspective of phlegm and stasis, zang-fu viscera, meridians and qi and blood syndrome differentiation, with the adjustment of the function of zang-fu viscera, and the treatment of qi and blood with phlegm and stasis as the whole treatment idea, which can achieve better clinical effect, and provide feasible clinical thoughts and methods for the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
