磁吸式疼痛评估尺与视觉模拟评分法在全髋关节置换术后护理中的应用对比

摘要目的比较磁吸式疼痛评估尺、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）在全髋关节置换术（THA）后护理中的应用价值。方法前瞻性选取2018年1月至2020年1月安徽省安庆市立医院骨科收治的84例行THA手术治疗的患者为研究对象，根据病历单双号分为对照组和观察组，每组42例，对照组采用VAS应用于术后护理中，观察组采用磁吸式疼痛评估尺应用于术后护理中；护理至出院前1 d。比较两组疼痛程度改善情况；于护理前、出院前1 d比较两组负性情绪[医院焦虑抑郁量表（HAD）]、睡眠质量[匹茨堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）]；比较两组对疼痛评估满意度。结果出院前1 d，两组疼痛评分、HAD、PSQI评分均较护理前下降，且观察组各评分均低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组对疼痛评估总满意率高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。结论与VAS比较，磁吸式疼痛评估尺用于THA后护理中，更利于减轻患者疼痛感，降低负性情绪，改善睡眠质量，提高患者满意度。

Abstract：Objective To compare the application value of magnetic suction pain assessment scale and visual analogue scale (VAS) in postoperative nursing after total hip arthroplasty (THA). Methods A total of 84 patients treated with THA in the Department of Orthopedics, Anqing Municipal Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were prospectively selected as the research subjects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd or even number of medical records, with 42 cases in each group, the control group was used VAS in postoperative nursing; the observation group was used magnetic suction pain assessment scale in postoperative nursing; nursed until one day before discharge, the improvement of pain was compared between the two groups; before nursing and one day before discharge. The negative emotions (hospital anxiety and depression scale [HAD] ) and sleep quality (Pittsburgh sleep quality index [PSQI]) of the two groups were compared; the satisfaction of pain assessment was compared of patients in the two groups. Results One day before discharge, the pain scores, HAD and PSQI scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the each score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the total satisfaction rate of pain assessment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Compared with VAS, magnetic suction pain assessment scale in nursing after THA is more conducive to relieving sense of pain, reducing negative emotions and improving sleep quality of patients, which has certain significance to improve the satisfaction with pain assessment of patients.
