Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of integrated multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment nursing in elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods From October 2017 to October 2019, a total of 96 elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease in Fushun Central Hospital of Liaoning Province were studied and divided into control group and observation group according to the rolling dice method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received integrated multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment nursing on the basis of the control group. The psychological state, neurological function, limb function, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, while the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the neurological function scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, while the observation group was lower than the control group; the limb function scores were higher than those before the intervention, while those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significant differences (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the indicators of quality of life and the total score of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, while those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The integrated multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment nuring has a significant effect on alleviating negative emotions, can improve nerve function and limb function, and help improve the quality of life.
