路径健康教育管理联合童趣化护理对小儿过敏性紫癜家长疾病知晓率及遵医行为的影响

摘要目的探究路径健康教育管理联合童趣化护理对小儿过敏性紫癜家长疾病知晓率及遵医行为的影响。方法选取空军军医大学第一附属医院儿科2020年1月至2021年6月收治的108例过敏性紫癜患儿的家长作为研究对象，经随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各54名。对照组采用路径健康教育管理，观察组在此基础上联合童趣化护理。比较两组家长焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、疾病知晓率和遵医行为。结果干预后，两组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组疾病知晓率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组各遵医行为率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论路径健康教育管理联合童趣化护理的应用可以改善小儿过敏性紫癜家长的心理状况，提升家长疾病知晓率和遵医行为率，值得推广及应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of path health education management combined with children’s entertaining nursing on the disease awareness rate and compliance behavior of parents of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura. Methods A total of 108 parents of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura treated in the Department of Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 54 in each group. The control group was managed by path health education, and the observation group was combined with children’s entertaining nursing on this basis. Parents’ self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, disease awareness rate and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention, and observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The disease awareness rate of observation group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of path health education management combined with children’s entertaining nursing can improve the psychological status of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura, and improve the parents’ disease awareness rate and compliance rate, which is worthy of promotion and application.
