Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing strategy on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients with cholecystolithiasis undergoing laparoscopic treatment. Methods A total of 86 patients with gallbladder stones who underwent laparoscopic treatment in Nanjing First Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected, and divided into the conventional group and the observation group according to the random number table method. A total of 43 patients in the conventional group received traditional nursing, while 43 patients in the observation group received evidence-based nursing strategy on the basis of the conventional group, all patients were nursed for three months. The visual analogue scale (VAS) score, pain duration, hospital for special surgery knee joint WHO quality of life score (WHOQOL-100), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that before nursing, and the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). The duration of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). After nursing, the WHOQOL-100 score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing, and the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing strategy applied in patients with gallstones undergoing laparoscopic treatment is conducive to relieve pain, anxiety and depression, shorten the duration of pain, and improve the quality of life nursing satisfaction.
