中韩急性缺血性脑卒中早期血管内再通治疗指南比较

摘要血管内再通治疗（ERT）已广泛应用于急性缺血性脑卒中的早期治疗。ERT对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的应用正日益受到中国和韩国医疗界的关注，本文通过比较中韩急性缺血性脑卒中ERT现行指南，探讨两国指南差异的产生原因，并从证据等级与推荐强度、内容、机械取栓治疗、患者获益情况4个角度进行比较与分析，发现中韩ERT指南的差异主要在于机械取栓治疗的患者筛选方法，为ERT的临床应用及中韩指南的更新提供了一定的参考。

Abstract：Endovascular recanalization therapy (ERT) has been widely used in the treatment of incipient stage of acute ischemic stroke. The application of ERT in patients with acute ischemic stroke is gaining increasing attention from China and Republic of Korea. The causes of the difference between the two countries are analyzed by comparing the ERT guidelines of acute ischemic stroke in China and Republic of Korea. Comparison and analysis are made from four perspectives: evidence level, recommendation intensity, content, mechanical thrombectomy, and benefit of patients, the difference between China and Republic of Korea focuses on the patient screening method of mechanical embolization therapy. It provides some reference for the clinical application of ERT and the update of guidelines in China and Republic of Korea.
