山东省济南市市中区高中生超重肥胖现状及中医干预探讨

摘要目的了解山东省济南市市中区高中生（15~17岁）超重、肥胖流行现状，为制订有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法分析2017年11月济南市市中区教育局组织的健康体检数据，整群抽取济南市市中区5所高中，共12 253名学生作为研究对象。对抽中的学生进行身高、体重测量并计算体重指数（BMI），以李辉制订的中国学龄儿童超重肥胖筛查BMI界值点标准作为划分超重、肥胖的标准。结果山东省济南市市中区高中生超重、肥胖检出率分别为21.29%和11.32%，其中男生超重检出率、肥胖检出率显著高于女生（P < 0.01），各年龄组间高中学生超重检出率差异存在统计学意义（P < 0.05），各年龄组间高中学生肥胖检出率差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。高中生的肥胖率随年龄增长呈现下降趋势。结论山东省济南市市中区高中生（15~17岁）超重与肥胖的检出率超过全国水平，应提早预防，尽早干预，从而预防和控制超重、肥胖的发生。

Abstract：Objective To study the prevalence overweight and obesity among high-school student (aged between 15 and 17) in Central District of Ji′nan City, Shandong Province, aimed at providing a scientific basis for further study, and developing effective control measures. Methods The data of health examination collected by Ji′nan City Central Bureau of Education in November, 2017 were used. A total of 12 253 students in five high-schools in Central District Ji′nan were sampled as research object. The height and weight data were measured and collected. The overweight and obesity were defined according to the body mass index (BMI) screening criteria for Chinese school-aged children recommended by Li Hui. Results In Central District of Ji′nan City, Shandong Province, the overweight rate and obesity rate were 21.29% and 11.32% respectively. There were statistically significant difference between boys and girls both in overweight and obesity (P < 0.01), the overweight rate had a statistically significant difference among all age groups (P < 0.05), but the obesity rate had no statistically significant difference among all age groups (P > 0.05). The overweight and obesity rate had a downward trend with the increasing age in high-school student. Conclusion The detection rate of overweight and obesity in high-school student in Central District of Ji′nan City, Shandong Province were higher than national average level. We should execute early strategies and measures to control the overweight and obesity rate.
