Expression of long non-coding RNA DEANR1 and others in lung cancer

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) DEANR1, INXS, ANCR, FENDRR in lung cancer. Methods The study included 54 patients with lung cancer admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January to June 2018, including squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, and small cell lung cancer in 28, 22, 4 cases, respectively. The cancer tissue, the lymph node metastasis and the tissue adjacent to carcinoma of 54 cases of patients with lung cancer was used to detect the expression of these genes by the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The expression levels of INXS and ANCR in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues (P < 0.05). The expression levels of ANCR and INXS in lymph node tissues were positively correlated with ki-67 (r = 0.757, P = 0.049; r = 0.802, P = 0.030). Conclusion The increased expression of DEANR1, INXS and ANCR in cancer tissues may be a positive factor in the development of lung cancer. The expression of ANCR and INXS in lymph nodes is positively correlated with ki-67, which may be related to lymph node metastasis and poor prognosis of lung cancer.
