Abstract：Draw lessons from the concept of homogeneous medical service, and adopt measures such as strengthening training, assessment, and compilation of professional information to synchronize the knowledge update of the outpatient traditional Chinese medicine pharmacist team. Based on the rational use of medicines by patients, and according to the characteristics of Chinese medicine, preliminary standardized services for different items before and after drug deployment are provided. Promote the improvement and enhancement of the work of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists with patient feedback. On this basis, outpatient traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care has achieved preliminary standardization, avoiding fluctuations in the level of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmaceutical care related to staff rotation factors, and stabilizing the quality of services. Practice has proved that the standardization of outpatient pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese medicine in medical institutions is an effective way to achieve homogeneous services.
