Abstract:Shoulder subluxation is a common complication of stroke, which can lead to a slow recovery of the upper limb and seriously affect the recovery confidence of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy has obvious effect, high safety factor, good patient compliance, and other advantages, can promote blood circulation, reduce inflammatory response, regulate peripheral nerve function, reconstruction peripheral nerve innervation, and other aspects of the patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke, in order to relieve pain, improve muscle strength, balance muscle tension, and finally promote shoulder joint reset. This article reviews three aspects of characteristic acupuncture, characteristic massage, and special external use of traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference for clinical treatment and further research of the disease.
