Research progress on influencing factors of grip strength and pinch strength after hand trauma

Abstract:The activities of gripping and pinching are the basis of people’s daily life and fine movement. And stable grip and pinch strength is a good indication of upper body strength and function. With the increase of social labor, more and more hand trauma events occur. Recovery of grip and pinch strength after hand injury is an important part of hand function reconstruction. This paper summarizes and analyzes the effects of measuring tools and methods, anthropometric changes, tendon injury, collateral ligament injury, finger amputation, internal and external muscles of the hand, postoperative pain and psychological factors, flap repair, rehabilitation training on hand pinch and grip strength after trauma surgery, hoping to provide a certain reference for future clinical research and rehabilitation of hand trauma surgery.
